Cell Size
Cell size is the width of each honeycomb pleat — common sizes run 3/8", 9/16", and 3/4". It’s partly aesthetic scale (smaller cells suit small windows, larger cells suit tall ones) and partly performance: larger cells trap more air per pleat but a given window fits fewer of them. It is not a quality grade — a well-made 3/8" shade beats a poorly made 3/4" one. Read cell size alongside single- vs double-cell to understand a shade’s insulation story, and match the visual scale to the window. It’s a real spec worth checking, not a number to chase.
